How does it work ?
Elevate with ePrime works by delivering bi-polar radio frequency energy directly within the deep dermis without any heat impact to the epidermis. A controlled injury is given to the deep dermis which instigates the formation of new collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and dermal volume.
The precise heating ensures a safe, effective and fast treatment. It is the only real minimally invasive non-surgical alternative to a facelift procedure.
What happens during the treatment?
For optimum comfort, the procedure consists of being numbed by local anaesthetic injection. Once skin is numbed a small applicator containing five independently controlled bi-polar micro-needles is delivered into the skin. This is repeated over all areas requiring the procedure.”
The highly concentrated heat delivery between the bi-polar micro-needle electrode results in the creation of new collagen and new elastin to visibly improve facial tone, quality and volume.

How much down time is needed?
You will be a little swollen at first but this resolves quickly for most patients. Skin tends to be enflamed for about 24 – 48 hours however make up, ideally mineral can still be used. Whilst you may not want to attend important social functions, generally you won’t be prevented from carrying out a normal daily routine – see patient testimonials
